This piece is written to the victims of the terrorist attack in New York september 11, 2001. The piece starts with a tuba quartet with some solos of other instruments. The theme is based on the National anthem of USA but I have changed it to 4/4 and minor. The piece ends with an off stage flugel playing the quiet signal, also in minor instead of major.
